We’re looking for dedicated in-person volunteers to help make our Annual Medical Conference (Feb 28–March 1) and Patient Day (March 2) a success! This is a great opportunity to support the endometriosis community, connect with experts and patients, and be part of an inspiring event.
Event Details & Volunteer Shifts:
Location: Einhorn Auditorium at Lenox Hill Hospital - 131 East 76th Street, New York, NY
Medical Conference: Friday, February 28 & Saturday, March 1 (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Patient Day: Sunday, March 2 (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Volunteer Roles Include:
- Event set-up & break-down
- Check-in/registration assistance
- Helping with Q&A sessions
- Supporting speaker organization
- Providing general event logistics support
- And more!
Perks of Volunteering:
We’ll provide breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea, and breaks throughout your shift! Volunteers will receive a goodie bag with EndoFound branded materials and are welcome to attend the Patient Day Social on Sunday evening from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Orsay Restaurant (1057 Lexington Ave, New York, NY).
This is a wonderful opportunity to give back, meet passionate advocates, and gain hands-on experience at a leading endometriosis event.
