Event Overview:
The Endometriosis Foundation of America is looking for volunteers to support the 15th Annual Medical Conference: Advancing the Science of Endometriosis 2024. This annual interdisciplinary conference brings together researchers, physicians, scientists, and healthcare professionals worldwide to collaborate on advancing the science around endometriosis. Attendees convene in New York City each year to present cutting-edge innovations, research, and discoveries relating to endometriosis.

As a volunteer at our annual Medical Conference, you'll have the opportunity to observe presentations and interface with some of the leading minds in the field. By offering your time and efforts to volunteer, you will be supporting an event aimed at advancing medical education and collaboration within the medical field--a goal with the potential to benefit the entire endometriosis community.
Responsibilities:
- Conference Set-Up
- Table organization, banners, materials, etc.
- Attendee Registration
- Handing out brochures and nametags
- Checking in and out attendees interested in CME credits
- Guiding guests around the venue
- Microphone runners during session Q&A
- Food and Beverage Support
- Coordinating with event staff and food vendor upon arrival
- Setting up the food and beverage stations
- Clean up and load out
